Why do I have Ads on my page?

Yes, I have added ads served by Google to the right side bar. Why, you ask, would he inundate his page with ads voluntarily? Well, for one, it's a way for me to experience Google's AdSense product first-hand. Obviously relevant in my line of work. Secondly, although I probably won't make a lot of $$ on this, everything will be donated to the Christian Children's Fund. I won't keep a dime myself. Tinna and I already donate monthly to CCF, it's a good and necessary cause, as you will witness every time you turn on the news. Don't let the name fool you: it is not an organization that supports only children of the Christian faith. Neither is it an organization that teaches Christianity as a required part of its program. Founded by a Presbyterian minister who had witnessed first-hand the devastation arising out of events leading to World War II, Christian Children's Fund began helping the children of China in 1938. CCF currently assists more than 7.6 million children and families in 32 countries, including the United States, regardless of race, creed, or gender. Its mission is "to create an environment of hope and respect for needy children of all cultures and beliefs in which they have opportunities to achieve their full potential, and provides practical tools for positive change - to children, families and communities."

Anyway, you can read more on their web site - and/or you can just support them by clicking the ads on my site.
